I set this site up to inform people about my bad experiences with Virgin Media and to help people make a more informed decision who to go with with for broadband services. Just because I had very bad experiences with Virgin Media, doesn’t mean that everybody does. Infact, at the time of writing 23% of people on Review Centre actually reccommend them.
I encourage you to thoroughly research as many companies as you can before deciding to go with a particular company purely becuase of their marketing campaigns. Especially if the Advertising Complaints Authority get so many complaints about false advertising that they have to file two separate reports to cover them all!
